Help to diagnose something on my fish.

Hi,
I’m new to this but I could use some advice. I have had established tanks in the past but I currently am seeing something I’ve never seen before.
I got two bristlenose plecs one is definitely more dominant and a lot bigger in growth rate.
It’s this one I would like to know about, since little she (I think) had a white bump by her bristles. When she does this yawning thing, she does you can clearly see it.
my first thought was heater burn but it’s not going away. Not u happy,healthily eating.

I got some pics, but will try for a yawn shot.

If "she" has bristles, its a male. I am not quite sure about the bump by his bristles. Did he have had the bump when you first had him?

She is a he, and his bristles look fine but do you mean the white lump on the side directly down from the eye?
