white fluff is fungus that gets into open wounds.
one of the fish in the green water has a bacterial infection.

is the water green or why are the pictures green?

how often do you do water changes and gravel cleans?

do you have a filter on the tank and is it run continuously?
when was the last time you cleaned the filter?

what is the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate & pH of the tank water?

----------------------
I would suggest doing a 75% water change and complete gravel clean, then treat with a broad spectrum medication. Try to find one for scaleless fish or use a normal one at half strength.

If you can get the guppies into a separate tank you can add a heap of salt to the tank, 2 heaped tablespoons per 20litres in addition to the medication.

To work out the volume of water in the tank:
measure length x width x height in cm.
divide by 1000.
= volume in litres.

when you measure the height, measure from the top of the substrate to the top of the water level.

there is a calculator/ converter in the "Hot To Tips" at the top of the page.

the water is green because i tried treating my old tank with api fungus cure, and yes the carbon filter was out 0,0,20< i just got this tank yesterday washed it (tried to make sure all sickness was gone) added dr tims and water conditioner let it run a few hours added new filter then added the fish. i thought i had cured the disease or thought all the fish that had it died but today i noticed this white fulff/fuzz on my female. meds ive tried include super ick cure, marineland all-in-1 treatment, fungus cure, & api general cure, and melafix. oh its a 10 gal. with a 15 gal hob filter and 10 gal air pump heater at 76-78F ph 7.0

move all the guppies (and any other fish that are suffering from this) into a separate tank with some clean water and treat them with an anti-biotic. Don't bother putting a filter in the tank with them because the anti-biotics will kill the filter bacteria.

Do have lots of aeration in the tank.

Each day you wipe the inside of the glass down, drain the tank and refill it. Then treat them again.

I'm not sure what sort of anti-biotics are available to you so you will have to visit a petshop and see what they have.

this is the only one i can get other than what ive already treated them with API E.M. Erythromycin Fish Bacterial Infection Treatment .... what is it you think they have?

One of the guppies (in link below) has a bad bacterial infection. The creamy white section on the back half of the body and around the face.

and if one guppy has it, and several others have died from the same thing, then it is in the water and will eventually kill all of the fish.

ok ill get the antibacterial meds. thanks for the advice and info.

Melafix doesn't do anything. It is all hype because it is natural and smells like eucalyptus but it won't help on a bacterial infection. Pimafix won't help either.
