Does anyone know if an african brown knifefish will eat shrimp pellets. I can get bloodworms at first but i am pretty sure my mom will get tired of them. I'm goin to the LFS today and want to know if i can get one of these

Its not likely, most knife fishes will only eat live/frozen foods.

mine eats frozen bloodworms, freeze-dried bloodworms, frozen mysis shrimp, frozen krill, & cichlid pellets; but i haven't seen him eat any shrimp pellets. my cats do, and the bichir does.

ok thx. I just got back and i didnt see any replies when i left so i got a bichir. Awesome fish! bought him as a Dragon eel but its a senegal
