Help Please

i have 4 black neon tetra's, i did have 1 siamese fighting fish but he died. i want to add new fish into my tank today, what do u reccomend i keep with these fish? i want somthing pretty and i wasa probably goign to buy an algae eater as well

What size is the tank?

Is the tank cycled? What are your readings for ammonia and nitrite? I would try to understand why the fish died before introducing more.

Try to find out why it died and then think about new fish. Algae eaters, ottos are good. they help to prevent algae by eating it but are only small. i have 6 in a 120ltr tank and have never had any algae outbreaks in 4 months!
