Hi I give a big of background on this one please bare with me,
I've had loads of problems with my Fluval 304 pump, just recently I've had to buy new side clips, new stop flow valve etc, but over the weekend the pump blew up (saturday evening) so the fish had 1 night of no pump running, which in the morning my red rainbow fish had died along with my silver shark ( to top it all off, my cat died in the morning too
)
Anyways I got all the parts to get the pump up and running again, and somehow some of the grease used for the impeller got into the tank water. To combat this I did a water change (25% yesterday) and I noticed some in the tank this morning so a further (10% this morning)
Most of the fish are okay accept for two of our mollies behaving like there's not much Oxygen in the tank and our other Red Rainbow fish behaving the same, I'm worried that they have swallowed the grease making it hard for them to breath?
Please please please could someone help with any ideas that could help them?
Cheers
