Hi
I am confused and excited. One of my male black ruby barb keep chasing a female black ruby barb. The color of the black ruby barb got a LITTLE pinkish now, (not fully red and black). I have 4 barbs, 2 male 2 females. Once, the OTHER male barb got close to the pinkish barb's "girl" the pinkish barb pecked at the male barb. My tank is well planted has some red slates and a bright light, i usually turn it off. It also has 1 red cherry and 4 ghost shrimps. My main question here is- Are my Barbs mating?
