Help On Tank

Just wondering if a tank that is 48x15x12 would be able to be used as a marine tank? What equipment would i need? And does the tank need a hole for the pipe to the sump? thanks for your time

That would be an alright size for a FOWLR or a full reef IMO

There have been a load of Newbie threads recently
