Help New Lighting For 60L

I've come to the realization that the 2x 11 watt lamps I have on my 60L nano cube are not sufficient enough for plant growth. Could someone recommend a light that is a lamp preferably, because my tank is 38cm (15inches) and it has proven difficult to find a light fixture that is that size to clip on the sides of the tank. Is there another light out there that I can get in lamp form that has higher glob wattages then 11? I have a Dennerle nano tank and they only make 9 and 11watts.

This looks quite good, But you'd probably want to change the blue bulb for a plant growth enhancing one
