HELP! My Red Devil is black!

I inherited a huge tank from a friend and it already had one large red devil in it. I have since bought two smaller ones and now they are all turning black. I have looked at all the lists of diseases and none of then seen to sound the same as my fish. Their bodies are going black! They look like they have been rubbed in the mud!

If anyone could help I would be so grateful. And if you have any cures please dont send a brand name as I am an Aussie living in Taiwan and I have trouble reading the Chinese labels!

How many gallons is the tank as they need a very big tank of 150gals, also can you post test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.

You may have a ph problem. But that is just a guess. Please post your water readings. PH, AMMONIA, Nitrites, and nitrates.
