I have 2 containers of them and in one container all except one died. What do I do I dont want the other container to have all dead fry. I have done 3 water changes on the contianers today. It looks like the fry got fungus but I dont know how they did because there are no eggs left in either container.

sometimes fry in containers with no filter/oxygen or water movement can get fungus. If you still have some left, I would try and move them to a tank, maybe where the parents are or somewhere else, at least until you can decide on where to put them or give them away.

Do you have an airline in with them? Do they fungus up after or before they die? Is uneaten food removed?

I had a bubbler and I did like 3 water changes a day. I decided to release the alive ones into an aquarium with no fish and they all died. Im shocked I had about 100 fry that hatched and none made it. They fungused up after they died.

So they all died after you moved them?

I had this happen with dwarf gourami fry. They just couldnt handle the transition.

Im so sorry :( fry are very delicate

Ya i had 3 containers of them one container all died. One I moved to another tank and all died. The other one is a breeder net but I dont know if there are any left. I though that cory catfish fry would be be hardy. My danios have no problem being moved even in their larvae stage. How do you keep the fry alive?

Stability. I kept in indian almond leaves and alder cones as well. But, keeping everything very stable, even the water temperature of the new water making sure its the same.

But, these things also happen. There could be other factors in it as well.
