HELP MY ADF!!!

I thought that one of my ADF was pregnant but now after looking at a few sights it seems that he/she may have dropsy/bloat. His bottom half is quite bloated but not his top. They only way of treating this that I have read about is to put a sterile needle in and pour away the fluid !!?? Is this the only way?? I really dont want him/her to die but I wouldnt trust myself putting a needle into the frog.

You should post this in the amphibians forum as that is where the experts for this are located. You will probably get a better response in there. Perhaps one of the mods could move it for you.
