Help! Medication sdvice needed

Hi.

Three of my guppies are ill. Two have been resting for 3 days, ond one has a white dusting on her dorsal side...looks like fungus.

Is using salt at a tablespoon per 5 gallons and Binox a lethal cocktail?

Should I just leave the salt as is ay 1 tablespoon per 10 gallons and use the
medicine? I loaned my other medication to a friend, so all I have here tonight is Binox. Should Iuse it or wait until tomorrow evening to get the analine green?

I forgot to mention that I did a water change, the temp is 80
amonia/nitrites 0

marOxy works the best way to get rid of fungus.all my mollies had had it and now they are fine.just treat them for 1 week and they will be like new.good luck
