anny advice id apreciate and/or please suggest any other fish that would do good with the fish i already have

Would you move all your fish into the 29 gal or keep some in the 10 gal?

Don't get the opaline gourami if you plan to keep it with the other gouramis. They're quite mean and will harass the other gouramis, especially in a tank that's only 29 gal.

Tiger barbs are nippy fish that will probably bother your gouramis, possibly your black skirt tetras as well. The cherry barbs are less nippy and so a better choice. Make sure you get more females than males.

The silver dollars grow much too big for a 29 gal and would like a larger group than three, so I don't recommend getting those.

The otto would also like company, so consider getting some more of them. 3 or 4 will do, but they'd be happier with 6.

Getting more black and gold skirt tetras is a good idea.

Note that your plecostomus catfish will grow too big for a 29 gal. They usually reach about 12 inches in an aquarium, more in the wild. They also become territorial when older, so they might get aggressive towards each other with age.
