HELP ME PLEASE!!!

my poor dante is sick or something i think.... i dunno whats wrong with him! Today i looked real close at him and he's been real pale lately and listless... he really hasn't been eating and the ends of his fins (including his ventral fins) have been torn up!! And he also has these teeny tiny little white things on his body.. almost looks like eggs sticking on to his body... Will someone help me please?

sounds like ich. Waht size tank is he in and waht is the tempreature? do you have filtration in there?

If he does have ich (those little white spots) i would raise the tempreature to about 80F, and then treat with ich medication and salt. If you have a filter remember to take out the activated carbon or else u'll be putting your money down the drain!

If you think he's stressed, put a cloth or something around his tank so he doens't get disturbed so much. Also after you see the white dots disappear, treat for another week or two with salt to make sure it's really gone becuaes ich has a frees wimming stage where you dont' see them
