Help Me Id This Guy... (new Pic)

I've had him for months, and have never found a picture of a pleco that looked the same. Also, how can I tell if it's a boy or girl?

How long is the fish? I would say its a male looking at the shape of its body/head, quite slender and long, im sort of more leaning towards the theory that its a sailfin plec though...Can you get any pics of it with its sailfin up and a pic of its belly?

it's about 4 or 5 inches long. i'll try for some belly pics tonight. you can't get his fin up unless he's ticked off (like if i'm changing the water)
