I did a full water change on past sunday
why does my water smells again?

and please i have a brown algae problem ..
what should i do or use my tank looks filthy cause of algae

What are your water parameters? How big are these fish right now? What type of brow algae are we talking about...is it easy to wipe off with your fingers or is it slimey and hard to get off?

You have a ton of fish in that tank. As close as i can calculate at adult size youve got well over 2" per gallon and some pretty aggressive fish and large. Those pacu can get 2 feet long, although it will take some time to get there. What type of filtration and maintenance schedule do you have? I think that you are headed for more than just algae trouble here and you need to rectify the stocking issue as soon as possible.

my pacu's are now about 3-4inch max ...
the brown algae you can wipe it off easily .... but slimy too

i do a 90% of water changes every sunday
and add stress coat ..
i use whisper power filter 60 that came with my tank
what can i do about the algae ?

First, 40% water change max. You're going to kill your tank doing 90% and second, to get rid of brown algae I would say increase the amount of light in the tank. It seems to do the trick though if there is too much, you'll get green algae which isn't as troublesome.
