Help My 20 gal has itch i have never had itch before please help me any info would be greatly appreciated! At the moment only the neons have it but i think it's very contages right?

Itch looks like grains of salt on the fish, if so turn temp up to 30, get a med but check instructions to see if you can full dose with the fish you have, as some scaless fish don't tolerate the meds so well.
Increase aeration in the tank as the med and high temp will reduce 02 in the water.
