HELP is this white spot???

Help! Is this white spot? If so what is the best treatment? My severum is the worst
Two other fish look similar

I would say yes its white spot.
The best treatment i found was heat, Turn the heater up to 86oC for 2 weeks, increase airation with airstone or set the tank filter so it makes more splashing & increases water movement.
The whitespot should be gone after 10 days to 2 weeks

That's a really bad case. How long have they been spotty for?

Do a 90% water change and gravel clean the substrate. This will dilute the number of parasites in the tank.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before you add it to the tank.

Clean the filter. Wash the media/ materials in a bucket of tank water and re-use the media. Tip the bucket of dirty water on the lawn.

Increase aeration/ surface turbulence to maximise the oxygen levels in the water.

Raise the water temperature to 30C (86F) and keep it there for 2 weeks or at least one week after all the white spots have gone.

It's unlikely to be velvet and white spot.

The fish clearly has white spot so treat that with heat. If there is velvet (I doubt there is) it will be treated by the same heat that kills the white spot parasite.

If you want to check the fish for velvet, shine a torch on them after the tank lights have gone out. If there is a yellow/ gold sheen on the fish, they have velvet. However, it might not be that easy to see on yellow fish
