Help! I'm Not Sure How To Set Up My Eheim 2126

UPDATE: Shop are ordering another 2126 and I will swap the bits I need. Luckily they were helpful and didn't cause a fuss! Nice to know I can leave all the pipes connected and hopefully plug and play when the new one comes in on Friday. Will the water be ok sat in the tank for a week? Nothing else in there apart from sand and tap water. Should be ok shouldn't it?

I'd tell them to stuff it.... get one from somewhere else, then tell Eheim that he(?) is flogging seconds as new....

The orginal filter (the dropped one) was serviced by a Eheim representative and the canister replaced with a new one. However, it's still faulty! Oh well...roll on Friday

Called the shop today to pick up my new filter and the owner didn't know what I was talking about!!! I had arranged with another member of staff to order a new one and they said it would be in today. They had taken my details and everything, but not actually told the boss who does the orders!!!

I COULD SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

So as that was the final score, I packed up the filter and took back for a refund. I now have to wait until Monday for a new one ordered online. Phoned the entire South of England for a replacement, but they either are not in stock or want to rip me off by pricing them £200 and over. £149.95 on the net!
