Help Identify This Fish

Help me identify this fish it looks like a silver shark but its tail has orange horizontal stripesand it was about 20cm.The lfs guy said it was called a flagtail (it wasn't the killifish) and it was a juvenile.So anyone know what it is?

Semaprochilodus taeniurus or as the chinese call it fei feng (meaning charming phoenix). They are a South American plant eating Characin which grow to around 12 inches (30cm), best suited to communities of large peacefull fish in even larger tanks.

Or Semaprochilodus insignis, externally they are almost identical.
