Help Id This Plant.

I've been having a browse around here and over at plantgeek.net, but can't find a positive ID for this plant that was given to me from my brother in-law.

Any ideas, or links would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm not sure, Kind of does kind of doesn't. Are there different varieties of these?
