Help Id My Pleco

I know i should add a picture first but thought i'd see what your initial thoughts are.

It was given to me by another member. it is black and covered in lots of small bright yellow spots, I was told its a vampire pleco but from what ive googled vampires have white spots.

Will try coax him out so i can get a picture

do they not have a yellow tip on their fins?

ive been doin some more research maybe its a L086?

It's a vampire, can be both yellow and white spotted.
