HELP!!!!!!!!! i think my molly is

My black molly is acting very strange it kinda looks like its top heavy which means it just sinks to the bottom and the ohter fish were picking on it so i put it in a baby net. should i keep it in the net or wat should i do none of my fish have ever done this before so any help would be useful.

If it is just sinkinmg down to the bottom motionless, i'm sad to say it's dying, what are your test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
