Help I think Durge the Pleco has...

Guys I was just by my aquarium,and I was looking at my pleco,I noticed little white dots,very small. I called up my cousin right away,he said it might be ick. What should I do. Any particular remedy I can find at Pets Mart,or Petco. I dont want Durge the Pleco to die

Please help,I`ve added Cure Ick,and Rid-Ich. When do you actually see progress. I`m really nervous

you need to keep adding the medicine and you might want to raise the temperature in your tank to 80 degrees F.
