Help! I Got A Bully

my cherub angelfish is bullying my royal gramma and tore up its back fins. What should i do? I already tried rearanging the tank but the angel thinks the tank is all his. It is a 35 gallon that is 36 inches long 12 inches wide and 19 inches tall.

A mirror usually works best against the side of the tank nothing they hate more than there own species usually.

Ok ill try it but the royal gramma is in a net in the tank because the angel tore up its side fins pretty badly too.

Probably best that one of them is removed from the tank.

probably the gramma because the angel only picks on him and not the 2 clowns or the six line wrasse

I would remove the bully, natural justice and all he also may start on someone else when his victim has gone

Gramma is dead he was doing fine a second ago then i took a shower and looked at him and he was laying dead with his gills wide open. Probably stress. I dont think i will get rid of the angel he was my first fish and is 2 years old since i got him.

Make sure you keep an eye on the angel, he may well take a shine to the other stock, if you see any more fighting then make sure to remove the angel, or everything else.

You already have a pair of clowns correct?

Don't add any more more clowns to the tank, it is to small for 2 pairs.

I transfered him into a 2 month old 30 gallon with no other fish in it. Do you think he will attack 2 clowns when i add them? they will be pretty big clowns and 2 clowns with damsel like aggressiveness should be able to hold their own against a angel right?
