Help I.d Hichhkers

Hey if anyone could help ID these hitchhikers that would be great:

the first looks like some sort of bristle worm: good guy, will help with the clean up of your tank.
the second a crab (without a clearer pic, impossible to ID): generally are bad guys, can eat corals/fish & knock things over. best to get it out and either sump it, or see if anyone in your local area or your LFS wants it.
