Help for flame back angel

I have had a dwarf flame back angel for about a year. I moved and last week I put him and other fish into a new tank. My tank may not have been fully stabilized. The fish is developing like a white abcess or problem area around one of his eyes. He is almost impossible to net as he is now in a 105 gallon tank. What should I do??? Help! I haven’t had a diseased fish in a long time. Thank you all, Matthew

Have you a picture you can post?
Could you also post your results for Ammonia, PH, Nitrites and Nitrates. The experienced will be able to help you with this

Ammonia and Nitrite appear negative
I have to test for Nitrate
My water was cloudy earlier this week

Looks like I may have Nitrates in the 10 ppm range
