Help! Electric Blue Crawfish always hiding!

My female electric blue crawfish has been hiding in a log in her tank for abt a month now and i havent seen her come out at all not even to eat (i’ve had her for abt 5 months) and i was guessing she was going to molt soon but she never did, and I checked she is alive she just wont come out and im doing a water change and i need to scrub her log because there is a bunch of algae growing on it but she wont come out no matter what i do, does anyone know why she is doing this and how i can get her to come out? here’s a pic of her resting on a different part of the log where she is visible

Crayfish are nocturnal and hide during the day. If you shine a torch (flashlight) in the tank after the lights have been off for a while, you will probably see the crayfish wandering around trying to catch any fish in the tank
