Help Bloated Neon Tetra

Hey guys i seem to be having a problem with one of my neon tetras at the moment
the problem being as stated in the title she/he is very bloated at the moment heres the help ? replys

Tank size:65 litre
pH:within normal parameters
ammonia:within normal parameters
nitrite:within normal parameters
nitrate:within normal parameters
kH:within normal parameters
gH:within normal parameters
tank temp:within normal parameters

Fish Symptoms: seems to be bloated (belly is very distended)

Volume and Frequency of water changes:eek:ne third every week followed by topups when needed

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: lps water conditioner added every water change (contains bacterial and fungal inhibitors)and the regular chlorine + conditioner

Tank inhabitants:7 neons 4 harlequins 4 danios and 1 bristlenose

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): complete tank drain and removal to new premises

Exposure to chemicals:no exposure to chemicals has occured

Digital photo (include if possible): as soon as i find the cable i will post pictures
i feed them with tropical flakes and once a day
i have tried to feed frozen peas to no difference
occured since we moved house
this is the only fish affected
what do you guys think is it a digestion problem im stumped

Goodness he is bloated isn't he!! Could it be constipation? try feeding shelled peas. I don't know what an egg bound neon looks like but maybe someone else can help more but maybe it could have eggs in there? Just suggestions
 
It looks far too large to be egg bound.

I'm afraid just saying 'within normal parameters' doesn't help us to help you; we need the actual numbers.

In the meantime, as marie says, you could try feeding some lightly cooked, shelled peas. If you can get some Epsom or aquarium salt (NOT table salt), you could try a salt bath (1 tablespoon of salt per gallon for 30 minutes).
