Help Angelfish Sick

Yesterday my angelfish had three spots on each side of his head and they looked like white head pimples. This morning it looked like he was getting a bruise like color around the area and tonight it looks like its bleeding underneath and hes not eating for the first time ever. It looks like its getting worse by the hours. What can I do and what is this?

Any strands coming out of the spots.
It could be hole in the head that turned into a bacterial infection.
Bleeding bemeath the skin is septicemia.
