Help A Stupid Man - Overhead Lamps

Ok, so maybe I am stupid but if I bought somthing like This

How would I stop the fish jumping out? I have juwel tanks, and as all know the lighting is not fab. SO I would like to replace, and I don't feel like doing all the DIY crap, just want something I can stick on top of the tank in place of the current hoo.d

But then there would be nothing stopping the fish jumping out. I have looked for something that I can use, but can find nothing. Help, please.....

Thanks. Actually did email them just a short time ago to find out if any of them would fit on my 40" long tank, as that size is not listed.

I also kind of figured out thatcondensation trays would probably help,b ut once again it is a pain finding them a size to match my juwel rekord 120.
