hi im new and have been keeping fish for a while(well i have some help from my dad who's very experienced), and i am planning on a senegal bichir soon hopefully, and i am wondering how much they would cost usually, and the size of tank.

Where are you located? That will give us an idea of the price.

Generally, sengalus can fit into a 30 us gl (min) tank. They aren't that expensive; the one's around here are about $3-5 for a small one.
