Once again I would like to give thanks for the information.

After analysing the information, I've come up with a new stock list.

3 * endler

6 * Celestial pearl Danio

4 * Dwarf cory

Is this a good list, if not what should I change?

Looks ok to me.
Another species that will go in a tank this size if you wish to change any of the danios or endlers, is a group of boraras brigittae. Also you can exchange the corys with shrimp too. It's up to you, just giving more ideas.

sorry about the bad info. i didn't know there wouldn't be enough algea, and there isn't room at the top of the tank.

should be fine. but if you get shrimp, since they have smaller bioload, you could probaly get 6
