Hello Everyone

I'm Tom and from Cannock in the Midlands and I've got a large, outdoor pond. To cut a long story fairly short, the house had a pond when I bought it, but the garden was so overgrown I didn't realise until I moved in and cleared the garden! It's size is hard to estimate but at its longest it's about 7metres, widest about 5 metres, with a shallow ledge and then it's about 1.5 metres deep at it's deepest. I'm guessing it's about 40,000 litres.

A couple of years ago a family friend who kept fish moved from a house to a flat and I took on his fish, I've got about a dozen large fish, a couple of the koi are over 2 feet long, previously I'd never had any fish. I have done reasonably well with them so far but I've come up on some problems and I was hoping to find some fish veterans who could advise me on whats wrong and what I can do about it.

Thanks. I have posted in the emergencies forum but below are some pics of my pond and the fish that's got something wrong with him, it's a ghostfish, you can see him staying close to the edge of the pond in the shallow bit and some close ups showing it looks like he's got something growing on him.
