Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this site as of today and I love it. Very informative. I recently began this hobby and can't seem to get enough. I could easily spend all my time reading about fish or staring into my tanks.
A few months ago I decided, kind of spur of the moment, that I should put a tank in my living room, thought it would be good for my daughter too. So, my husband and I bought a ten gallon tank. I jumped the gun however and stocked the tank too fast and got a really bad case of "new tank syndrome" and lost a few of them. Learned my lesson big time. Now I keep just four goldfish in there and the tank is beautiful.
Then, I decided a betta would be nice in our bedroom.
Then, much to my husband's dismay, I decided to put a larger tank in my dining room. This is my tropical tank. It is a 20 gallon hexagon tank which houses 3 swordtails, 3 mollies, 2 dwarf gouramis, 1 pleco and surprise 30 babies in a breeding net.
Loving this hobby. Looking forwarding to all the helpful information I can get. Many questions to come. Thanks all...
