Hello everyone! I just joined the website and I'll tell you a little about myself. I'm sixteen years old and live in New Hampshire. I owned a varity of goldfish and blackmoors when I was younger, but they never seemed to live very long. As result, I moved over to livebearers hoping they would be easier to keep. Last year, I begged my parents for a larger tank since I only had a small, two gallon aquarium. My dream came true! I purchased a 29 gallon, bow-front tank and ended up spending over a couple hundred dollars. I designed the style of the tank to have a natural affect, but I wasn't a expert of keeping live plants because they mostly parished, except for a few I managed to grow. I love all of my fish, naming them for the own special personalities. Can you imagine how crazy the people at the pet store thought I was when I told I named my fish and have them buried when they're dead? Even through I didn't think that naming fish was crazy, I still call all of my fish with names. I'm really nervous of joining and I hope to get advice about fish keeping and get to know all of you fish people!

Hey Sasha,
I knew you'd join eventually. You are really going to like it on here. For everyone else here, I met Sasha at the furniture store where I am the buyer/ display merchandiser. We discovered that we both LOVE our fish and have become friends. I just gave her some new fish that FiveStarFish had raised{she also belongs and I met her on this forum} Sasha is interested in learning how to raise fish so I suggested that she join. I was sooooooo happy when I signed on and saw her name!!! Welcome Sasha
You are quickly going to see that all of us are fish crazy and that we LOVE our fish too!!!! I am so glad you are here.
