Fishaholic
well been busy posting for a week or so but thought i had better take time out to introduce myself..
name: andy
location: bradford, west yorks, UK
age: 32
interests: web design, adding to my extensive DVD collection, drinking booze
parents kept fish and I believe were amongst the founder members of their fish club (but i could have missunderstood conversations on that) cant remember name of club, but was based in/around Billingham/Stockton in Cleveland.
i have wanted my own tank for years, and finally managed to persuade the mrs we should get one, so got a BiOrb (mostly for its looks and size) as a starter in the hope of convincing the mrs fish keeping is great.
1 week in and she is excited about buying our big tank as soon as we can afford to shell out £400 and move the hi-fi to alternate location in the house (it's going to stand in the corner currently occupied by the hi-fi)
big thanks to all those who have offered advice already
