Hello everybody! My name is Evan and I am fairly new to fish keeping. My entire life I have been exposed to many animals, mainly reptiles birds and inverts, and have been dabbling in aquatics recently. I have a 29 gallon that I have had for a while now that I know needs to be reworked. I don't like the fish in there together (bircher, blood parrot, and bristlenose) I believe they should be in a larger aquarium so I will be trying to rework their living situation with the help of you guys :). (let's try and get some "fishy" smileys for the forum if any artists out here read this ;)) My other tank is a 14 gallon planted tank with guppies and their fry. You will learn all about my fish tanks soon enough as I post pictures and ask for advice, so I'll give a brief description of the other critters I have.

I'm a tarantula guy, so I have just under 30 tarantulas of all different species. I have two sugar gliders. I have four cats, Mischief, Biskie, Xena and Monkey. I have two snakes, a dumeril's boa and a kenyan sand boa. I also have two horses, a registered quarter horse mare, coming 5 year old named Indian's Lil Missile and a identifiably branded registered 27 year old arabian pony mare named Belle (can't get her papers because the freezebrand isn't legible).

Well I hope to hear back from you guys and I look forward to all the help and knowledge I know I can find on this board. :D

hi evan and welcome . good to see you keep tarantulas . i love em , i dont keep them any more but at the height of my keeping i had over 70! what tarantulas have you got?

are you based in the uk? if so they might not even be doing it any more but i got my salmon pink as a sexed female from a couple called john and kathleen hancock . they also do/did a sexing service where you send a moulted skin away and they look at it under the mocroscope and sex it for you . males will have spermathicae and females will not . may be worth a quick google
