Hi, my name is Miguel, and I live in Caracas, Venezuela (the VERY deep south). I had up to six tanks when I was 11 to 16, but then, having gone off to college, I had to put this one on Hold. Now that I've got kids aged 3 and 5, I think it's high time to start again, having grown this much wiser! Venezuela is a paradise for tropical fish lovers, being in the tropics and all, but there is little information readiliy available on the subject. I'm sure there are some great gurus around, but they are hard to find, so the forum is a wonderful way of accesing pertinent info. Also, I hope to be of some assistance to the forum through my location advantage, and my modest knowledge on the subject, however rusty.

I was thinking more along the lines of habitats, etc. But I had an ancestor who was into shipping, actually he was a pirate ) so maybe I got some of that running through my veins, and maybe I can help!
