help me out , my goldfishie had fungus/finrot on his tail, i've aplied the medication and the fungus is al gone, but he has not tail fin anymore, will my poor bubles live?

Provided the fin hasn't been lost all the way back to the bone, then it should regrow quite quickly provided you keep the water stats perfect,

Is the goldfish in a tank or pond?
What size is this and how many fish are there?
Do you know the current water stats?

he is about four inches in length, in a tank with one other golfish of same size, sry but have no clue about the stats

What size is the tank? if it is a lot smaller than say 20-30G then it would be safe to assume that the water quality is the cause of the illness and the fins won't grow back until it is sorted.

the tank is 25 gallons, but it doesn't matter anymore, overnigh a snail got hold of him and stripped to the bone
