Heater help

I'm buying a heater for my 33 (US) gallon tank but I have no cle on what brand to buy. I'm also on a fairly limited budget. I am looking specifically at these 3 right now.

Tronic by Hagan
and
All Glass Submersible

If anyone has any reviews or other suggestions, I would really appreciate it.

you sure that tronic heater is by hagen? i use hagen thermal compacts, and its the only heater i use, then again, i only have hagen stuff . i have a 25, 150, and 300w, all thermal compacts. ive heard the best is ebo jager.

Skimp elsewhere. Seriously. Heaters are the piece of equipment most likely to kill all of your fish in the event of a catastrophic failure. I'd go with a high quality 150w heater, like this ebo jager at $20.

I bought a Proquatics Hydromatic 100watt for my 20g and it is the most accurate of any of the heaters I have. Trial and error for me, but asking is probably an excellent idea. I got this one on clearance or it would have been pricier.

I was hoping for under $40 Cdn.

I ended up buying the Tronic after searching more through out this forum, (something I should have done first, I apoligize), and finding a Practical Fishkeeping review of several of the heaters. Tronic was well rated, though a few of them did stick into the "on" position. I check my tanks often so this shouldn't be a problem, but to be safe I bought a slightly smaller heater (150 watts when I should have 200 watts) to give me more time to catch it in the event it malfunctions.
