instead of getting the rekord 60 (it was 60 after all)
I went and chose a rekord 96 for £90
It is 18" high and will allow me to have angelfish, I think anyway
It is 22-23-24 gallons
I have put in a deposit and I will be buying it this Friday or Saturday.
Also, He says I do not need ammonia, just water de-chlorifier
please reply, i'm feeling excited yet uneasy

What is it that you're feeling uneasy about? IMO a larger tank is always the better choice. A new tank is always exciting and I don't know why you are uneasy!

You should be able to keep 2 angels in that size tank.

You will need ammonia if you're planning on doing a fishless cycle. I recommend doing fishless because you won't be endangering any fish.

Have fun!

Tigers and angels together  wouldn't be a good idea. Tigers would delight in nipping those long angel fins.

As to whether or not you could have angels + other fish in that size tank... I am guilty of doing that sort of thing. I have a 36 gallon with 3 angels, and an assortment of other small fish. If you stay on top of the tank/filter maintenance, always provide good water conditions, give them plenty of swimming room and private areas, you should be ok to have a few other fish in with the angels.
