Hi,
I'm looking to upgrade my Juwel Rekord 800 tank. To do this I need to rip out the old filter and add a new one. I want to use an external filter but the hood and light setup on the tank would allow the pipes needed for an external filter. To get round this I have decided to replace the T8 stock lighting with overhead T5 lighting (which will also help the new plants etc that I'm looking to add). The best value one I have seen is sold by All Pond Solutions both on ebay and direct from their shop. The 90cm set up is only £88 which seems very cheap given most other T5 lighting is nearer £200 or more. Is this too good to be true or have people had good experiences with these lighting set ups?
