Hello all,

Im looking at expanding my harlequin collection but want to make sure I get the same fish. Can anyone confirm these guys are the standard "Harlequin Rosboras" (T. heteromorpha) and not coppers (T. espei) or Glowlights (T. hengeli)?

Many Thanks :)

Those are genuine Harlequin Rasboras :good:

Espeis are more coppery and have a smaller black triangle, glowlights are almost all copper :good:

Thanks! :) I will be down to my local Maidenhead Aquatics on Saturday for some more!

I love these fish, they shoal together easily, are small, slow yet active unless its feeding time and also pretty cheap fish

Slow? Really? Mine are mental!!!!! They're bloody quick too, I had to drain my tank recently and it took me ages to catch them all, it looks easy in the fish shop in a small tank, when you try to catch 6 in a 3 ft tank with plants and ornaments as obstacles its a whole different ball game!!!!!!!

I got 15 or so in a 6 foot tank, its hard to catch anything :D By slow, I meant they dont dart around the tank 24/7 they do have slow periods. Still a pretty fish one of my favourite
