I am rather confused i have 2 harlequins witch have a really fat belly and 2 which are normal is this becaus theyre female/ overfed/ pregnant i have no idea im not even sure which are male or female

Harlequins are Rasboras, and hence egg layers, they cannot, therefore, be pregnant. The normal state for female egglayers is to be deeper in the body and noticeably wider when viewed from above of the front. As long as they are feeding normally, behaving normally, and producing waste normally, I'd not worry about it.

Never feed more then fish will eat in 2-3 minutes. In a well established tank, that is not over stocked, it is a good idea to have one day a week when you do not feed.-

I have three harlequins and two of them are perpetually huge, they are never overfed and have gone two days without food once, and were still fat after that. So basicaly its normal for them to look like that... and as lateral line said its probably the females as that is the typical female physique despite the fact that theyre not livebearers.
