Checked on my rasboras today, and noticed that one of them is pineconing badly and swimming erratically near the top of the tank. It also has an open wound on its side, like another fish tried to take a bite out of it. Tank params are 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, and 20 nitrate. I'm assuming that the fish got stressed due to not being in a proper school; I've been checking the local shop every once in a while, and haven't been able to pick any more up. :(

Is there any treatment I can do, or should I just euthanize?

you can normally tell when a fish is suffering and it's not going to recover. In those cases it's kinder to put them gently to sleep. I use an over-dose of clove oil as I find this to be as kind as I can make it. It's normally extreemly quick and they just drift off to sleep. Remember to leave the fish in the clove oil for an hour to make sure it really has gone as they can wake up

sorry for your loss
