hardy fish

Hardy for what purposes? And you probably know that "silver shark" need at least 2m long tank.

didn't mean to add silver sharks, I thought there was only one meaning for hardy.
Like strong fish that can withheld different temperatures, ph levels, would these gourami's be "hardy?"

Well, some use "hardy" fishes when they cycle tanks. And that's why I asked what do you mean by saying "hardy".

Dwarf gouramis aren't "hardy", they are very sensitive fishes (C. lalia, C. sota etc.) Mollies need basic/harder water and sometimes even salt (little bit brackish water).

If you are getting those fishes then you probably have one larger tank for bala shark and kissing gourami and couple smaller tanks for mollies (basic, hard water) and dwarf gourami (acidic/soft water). Kissing gourami and bala shark are "hardy", but they need still quite normal water conditions - not temp. or pH fluctuation.
