But you still have Black Friday sales? Cool!

I had a better animated gif, but wasn’t allowed to upload it here.

PetSmart keeps sending me ads for their Black Friday fish items.

Luck!
Their 125 gallon tank is on sale for $400 vs $650. I am literally dying inside. A 125 gallon is my dream, so much width and length to play with. But I still live at home :-( 😂

Have you considered used tanks? I have 3 from Craigslist. Great buys & came with lots of stuff.

i couldn’t find any local axies. The pet shop said he had a 48 person waitlist. My friend in NY found the pair I have. Long 6 hour round trip the husband did alone because I preferred to stay with the dogs. I paid $200 for the pair in a 30 G high tank on a nice black stand. It had a black light in the hood & many glowing decorations & a nice filter with a guard to minimize water disturbances.

Upgraded to a 40 G long. Tossed out the decor. Modified the stand for the longer tank & kept the filter & guard. Not sure if this was such a bargain after all, but I wanted pink axies with black eyes.

and you think that after your first big tank you're going to be done dreaming about bigger tanks?

never buy used unless you trust the seller and you know the history of the tank (and know how to reseal big tanks)
and never buy chain store mass produced tanks either, they're never good quality - spend the extra few hundred on a quality tank
also, if you ever do get a large tank, never get a mass produced stand, they won't last the life of the aquarium
