Hang-on & Recirculating Gravel Vacs

Ok, i have a question. I have seen such products in the UK, but i have found none in the US. I think it would be ideal for my 50 Gal tank. So i was wondering.......... Does anyone know of any powered gravel vacs that attach to the side of the tank and recirculate the water as it cleans?

You could also try to get some higher rated hob and attach the gravel vac to the intake.

A HOB is a hang on back filter, like the aqua clears.
