Hi we have a little hamster she is only a few month old, She does every thing in her house
sleep, eat, pee and poop as far as i know she is marking her propperty
surly it can not be good for her to sleep in a wet bed can it
how can i get her to stop

you wouldnt expect her to be sleeping in a wet bed at all - have you got different bedding in her house than you have in the rest of the cage? that might encourage her to see one part as home, and use the rest for...other things!!

my hamster sleeps in a large mug, which i fill with shredded kitchen roll. then the rest of the cage is filled with wood shavings. he uses one corner of the tank as his toilet, and never varies from that. but he sleeps and eats and poos in his mug - he just throws the poo out every so often.

hope that helps.

Transfer the urine and droppings to an area of the cage where you're happy for her to defecate and urinate, soon enough she should start doing her business there, I was told to do this by someone in a pet shop it worked.

yes she has wood shavings in the cage and soft shredded beding in her house, we never had this with the old hamster (RIP wallie) he pee/poop in a corner and eat and sleep in the house

ive looked on the net and people are saying she is doing it so no one nicks her food
may be if i put a second sleeping pod in there she may stop it...
